• Address, Work history (CV)
• Medical history

Most of the personal information we process is provided us directly by you or on your behalf for one of the following reasons:

• Discussing and providing appropriate care services to you
• Evaluating job applications for vacancies

We also receive personal information from local authorities and hospitals looking for suitable supported living accomodation for people in their care.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

1. You consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time and you can do this by contacting info@redemptioncareservices.co.uk
2. We have a contractual obligation
3. We have a legal obligation

Your information is securely stored at 23 Stanley Court, Worcester Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 6SD, United Kingdom.

If you are a service user, we keep personal information pertaining to your care for three years after you cease to be a service user.

If you are a referrer, we keep personal information for the period that we are discussing the requirements of a service user or for three years after a service user referred by you ceases to be a service user

If you are a job applicant, we keep your personal information for 12 months after you submitted your application.

If you are an employee, we keep your personal information for six years after you cease to be an employee.

At the end of the relevant time period, we will dispose your information by deleting the relevant electronic files and/or emails and shred relevant paperwork.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
